BEVERAGE SERVICE
TAB BAR
A tab bar permits each guest to
order a drink of his or her choice. The drink is served and the cost
is recorded on a cash register.
However, no money is accepted from the guest. At the end of the
evening the total cost of drinks served, as determined by the cash
register tape, is then paid by the host.
CASH BAR
Persons attending a function which provides a cash bar may order and pay for the beverage of their choice.
WINE AND CHAMPAGNE
Table service of wine or champagne by the bottle or carafe is available upon request.
NOTE
Banquets with a tab or cash bar
will be charged a $40 bartender fee.
3 hours Package Bars are avalible upon request.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT
To assist you in selecting the right banquet location, the Willowbrook will hold an available date in your name for seven days. However, to receive a guaranteed reservation for the date you have selected, we ask that you place a deposit of 25% of the project cost of the banquet.
A second deposit of 50%
of the projected banquet cost is required 60 days prior to the banquet date.
(First and second deposits should equal 75% of projected cost)
Unless other arrangements have been made, the balance of the banquet cost will
be due and payable,
by cashier's check or cash 7 days prior to your function.
Credit cards or personal checks are not accepted for final payment.
If initial deposit is less than 60 days from date of function - amount of
deposit must eqal 75% of the estimated cost of the banquet.
No refunds of deposits to parties booked less that 60 days prior to date.
No refund of any deposit money should you cancel 90 days or less before date of event.
If you cancel your reservation more that 90 days before the event date,
Willowbrook Ballroom will keep a 10% cancellation fee.
The balance of your deposit money will be held by Willowbrook for up to one year
from cancellation date. You will have the option to apply this money toward
another event within that year. There is absolutely no refund of any unused
portion.
If number of guests fall below the minimum guarantee Willowbrook reserves the
right to change room assignments.
Our staff is available to show our banquet rooms Monday through
Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday by appointment only.
